A PROPOSAL FOR COOPERATION

Dear Sir,

By this letter of intent I am pleased to propose you a cooperation in the fields of energy, environmental protection and health to save the planet from an ecological disaster and our human civilization from self-destruction.

In the situation in which you agree my proposal, we will be able to cooperate immediately in these areas to promote more new friendly-green-clean and non-polluting technologies for the production of electric and thermal energy in a manner in which we will effectively protect the environment and people's health, to combat the greenhouse effect, global warming, and climate change that generates extreme, particularly dangerous, weather phenomena, which cause great material damage, serious accidents and many loss of human lives each year.

I am an energetic engineer and of approx. 35 years, I carry out in my own free time, an energy research activity in order to elaborate and promote pertinent technical solutions for the use of green, renewable sources of energy for the production of electric and thermal energy, to protect the fragile environment and for people's health, and for about 7 years I am looking to find solutions for curing serious diseases like cancer.

I have achieved at some positive results both in the energy field and in the field of healing of some particularly serious diseases and for the beginning I would love to build together as associates in the development of a grandiose and humanitarian project, a clinic for the treatment of patients with serious illnesses such as cancer, through natural and holistic therapies in a mountain area in Romania, it is a beautiful area but with magnetic abnormalities and beneficial-healing energies that instantly regenerate and revive the functions of the body, and if you want, we can also start a global energy program immediately to effectively protect the fragile environment of the planet.

I conclude here with the hope in a cooperation in the best terms with advantages for all the factors that will be involved in the materialization of the respective projects.
