Am studiat si aprofundat domeniile, energetic si protectiei mediului inconjurator, nutritiei si alimentatiei sanatoase, economic si sociopsihologiei si acum pot sa afirm ca stiu cam ce trebuie sa se faca pentru ca oamenii sa fie sanatosi, bine dispusi, longevivi si sa traiasca cu totii mai bine.
 
Voi puncta mai jos doar cateva aspecte.
Starea de sanatate genereaza o minte agera, buna dispozitie, energie, putere de munca, omul sanatos este bun, iubitor, vesel si bine dispus, vrednic, sincer, cinstit si corect, devotat, cumpatat, are principii morale.
Omul prost, lenes, nervos, uracios, dusmanos, mincinos, hot, parsiv este BOLNAV.
Se stie ca exista:
Minte sanatoasa la Corp sanatos
Corp sanatos la Suflet sanatos
Suflet sanatos la Minte sanatoasa.
Este aici in OM un cerc vicios si astfel  toate sunt in comun si se interconditioneaza reciproc,
la fel si in UNIVERS toate sunt in comun si se intercondictioneaza reciproc.
 
Mintea omului este ca si un calculator care are un Hard, RAM, un Procesor si niste setari initiale, la fel ca si calculatorul satarile mintii pot fi schimbate, mintea poate sa fie virusata sau influentata de mediu sau direct de persoana in cauza prin sugestie, autosugestie sau telepatic.
Aceste setari dau optica personala, prisma prin care omul vede si percepe mediul inconjurator, in anumite situatii mintea poate sa deformeze realitatea si astfel omul sa traiasca intr-o realitate a sa proprie generata de fanteziile sale, adica de programele si aplicatiile instalate pe parcursul existentei sale, realitate care este subiectiva si nu obiectiva.
Daca mintea, adica calculatorul uman se viruseaza cu un virus gen Trojan se poate accesa memoria si i se pot fura date personale din arhiva, sau induce din exterior, din mediul inconjurator anumiti stimuli negativi ori chiar pozitivi prin sugestie sau prin telepatie, ori se pot produce mutatii de gandire, atitudine  si comportament prin autosugestie, exercitii de concentrare si efort sustinut de comunicare constructiva, gandire productiva si atasament psiho-mental pozitiv.

Se va tinde spre desavarsirea sufleteasca, evolutia spirituala si infrumusetarea caracterelor.

Astfel se vor imbunatati atat starea de sanatate, cat si performantele fizice si mentale proprii ale pacientilor, se vor dezvalui si cateva secrete pentru fericire si longevitate.
