                                                             Dear sir,
I deliver you this letter with the request to forward it to the European Council to carefully analyze the proposals that I am doing.
                                                   LETTER OF INTENT
Referring to: a package of project proposals for the development of social-economic life after a new futuristic concept, which will constitute a real technical and economic reform that may be considered even revolutionary because it will radically change the current lifestyle of people without forcing them to give up comfort, for that Europe and the whole world to make a great leap forward to a better future.

The project proposals that I will advance will be received with much enthusiasm by many people and of all the European countries, as such it will be possible to benefit of finance by the European Union.

My name is Justinian Ion Cioroianu, I live in Bucharest-Romania and I am energy engineer since 1974, I have accumulated a rich practical work experience in over 40 years of activity in various fields and as such I can now develop a lot of pertinent technical solutions to improve activity in a number of fields of common European interest such as: energy, economic and the environmental protection for the people's health.

For the many years, our planet and mankind are face with a number of negative situations that seriously damage the environment and people's health, also we all feel the negative effects of a major global energy and economic crisis that affects the standard of living of the population.

By this letter of intent I have the pleasure to let you know that I wish to get involved in an extensive and efficient reform to protect the fragile environment so that to have a planet with a cleaner atmosphere, plants, animals and healthy people, reform which will improved living conditions of the population.
I have a package of project proposals that use many stylish and effective technical solutions and that will largely solve all the negative situations listed above and eliminate their negative effects on the whole of mankind.

In the situation in which the European Council will consider that my proposals is of major interest for all the states of European Union and it will assist to ensuring a better future both for Europe and for all the world I can be contacted as soon as possible at
